    •  Provide an exceptional customer experience while answering questions from members and clients about life, disability and group insurance, as well as loans and mutual fund products
    • 🤝 Offer attentive, personalized support by proposing tailored solutions and taking a proactive advisory role to fully support members and clients
    • 📲 Help members and clients become financially empowered by guiding them to use the digital tools available
    • 💡 Proactively update your knowledge by strategically monitoring your area of expertise

    What you bring to the table

    • College diploma in a related field
    • A minimum of one year of relevant experience
    • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
    • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
    • Work arrangements vary depending on the position and involve either telework or hybrid work. If the position is remote, you may be required to come into the office a few times each quarter. Consequently, you’ll need to be able to come into one of our call centres located at the following addresses:
