Job Offer
Our platform is used by more than 500 applications within Desjardins, including 150 critical applications. Each year more than 178 million files pass through the Managed File Transfer (MFT ), both internally and externally (clients/suppliers/partners). You’ll be joining the squad responsible for the development, security and maintenance of this strategic platform. This squad is part of the Managed File Transfer Ingestion Services Department under the Data Foundation Administrative Department. Our MFT platform is an essential foundation for all of Desjardins Group. Organized around Agile principles, the squad works in a wide range of areas (networks, telecommunications, security, systems), offering a rich and stimulating environment. - Plan deliverables for the application and technology component, including project cost estimates, taking into account issues, complexity, stakeholders and alignments between the department’s products.
- Proactively manage human resource capacity based on the projects received to ensure that the right skills are available at the right time.
- Manage project finances by overseeing allocations, tracking budgets and ensuring that each resource is properly funded.
- Supervise and coordinate the teams involved in delivering application and technology projects, ensuring performance and quality control, and defining standards, methods and procedures.
- Coordinate deliverables and ensure that agreements, budgets and timelines are respected. Resolve issues and roadblocks while providing an optimal client experience.
- Prevent and manage escalations by proactively communicating project progress and issues to managers as part of your monthly reports to decision-making bodies.
