Advisor, Operational efficiency
Job Offer
As an operational efficiency advisor, you help improve business processes and design operations based on business models and organizational structures to boost operational efficiency. You advise and assist clients and partners, support the more experienced professionals in your unit, and actively help implement tools. You help develop recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. In addition to conducting research and preliminary analysis, you develop initial outlines of tools and processes. You help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to :
- Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes
- Help develop and implement objectives, operational solutions, systems, tools, methods and action plans
- Analyze information, assist with studies, help develop recommendations and prepare reports.

What you bring to the table
- General college diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
