As a Real Estate Advisor, you help prospect for, solicit and build lasting business relationships with members and clients. You help sell products and services and provide services that meet clients’ needs in accordance with current strategies and practices. This includes services related to the sale and purchase of residential and commercial buildings. You help build and maintain business relationships with members and clients in your sector. You drive results by handling complex requests regarding specialized programs, tools and solutions and providing upstream advisory service for negotiating real estate brokerage agreements. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. You assist current and potential clients, represent the organization and provide preparatory support for buying and selling properties. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention.
- Advise, guide and motivate members and clients with regard to specialized programs, tools and solutions, which includes handling requests, analyzing issues, researching solutions and making recommendations on all aspects of buying and selling properties.
- Make overall observations, identify gaps and opportunities and make appropriate recommendations.
- Assist members and clients, be attentive to their needs and propose personalized solutions.
- Help identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement in your unit’s operations.
- Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field.
- Monitor the real estate market to stay on top of the latest trends, opportunities and best practices in your field.

What you bring to the table
- Attestation of Collegial Studies
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
