    As a platform administrator, you support IT efficiency. You design, automate, configure, administer, maintain, develop and upgrade large-scale products, services, management systems and platforms based on the organization’s needs. You analyze and diagnose complex issues related to the platform delivery, implementation, development, administration and stability. You provide opinions in accordance with your discipline’s rules and recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs. You propose implementation plans. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You coordinate the planning, design and execution of projects and initiatives. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and detailed knowledge of your line of business. More specifically, you will be required to :

    • Deploy, maintain and upgrade the scheduling platform and third-party components.
    • Manage access rights and the security for the platform and third-party components.
    • Produce and update documentation and deliverables (SharePoint, Confluence wiki, guide, etc.).
    • Provide technical and statistical reports (performance, volume, memory, health check, dashboard).
    • Participate in incident and problem resolution.
    • Participate in project initiatives (technical support depending on the platform).
    • Provide support for the scheduling platform and third-party environments.
    • Provide installation management and support for thick clients and thin clients
    • Help develop in-house tools as needed (automation, scripts, programs).
    • Open and follow up on tickets (Case) with suppliers (BMC, CFS, Kyndril, etc.).
    • Participate in and carry out the platform rollout activities (plan, guides, documents and tests).

    What you bring to the table

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • A minimum of four years of relevant experience as an IT platform administrator
    • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
    • Experience in Control-M administration, installation, configuration and deployment
    • Knowledge of French required 
    • Familiarity with Control-M scheduling tools
    • Knowledge of API, Windows services and web services (REST, SOAP, XML)
    • Knowledge of managed file transfers (MFT)
    • Knowledge of batch processes
    • Knowledge of JSON, PowerShell, Python, Bash and XML languages
    • Knowledge of Linux, Unix and Windows operating systems
    • Available to provide 24/7 on-call expert service, on rotation
