    Temporary position for 6 months.

    The work mode arrangement for the position is full-time on site.

    As a public affairs and public relations agent, you help maintain the organization’s image by giving guided tours of Maison Alphonse-Desjardins and Cité Desjardins de la coopération. You share the history of Desjardins Group and its founder.

    You interact with visitors to Maison Alphonse-Desjardins and Cité Desjardins de la coopération. You help promote and give workshops and guided tours on the educational program and inform visitors about Alphonse and Dorimène Desjardins and Desjardins Group. The ability to drive results and tailor your approach as needed is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to :

    • Provide support for guided tours of Maison Alphonse-Desjardins
    • Perform tasks such as entering, modifying and compiling data; booking reservations; and distributing satisfaction surveys
    • Provide information about your line of business’s processes and procedures
    • Help prepare presentations and related documents.

    What you bring to the table

    • Trade school diploma in a related field

    • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
    • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
    • Knowledge of French is required
    • Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
