    There are several opportunities available in Ontario right now.

    As a member/client experience advisor, you improve the experience of members and clients by advising them on their banking transactions 💳 and promoting Desjardins products and services. You’re also a digital solutions ambassador📱, helping members and clients use technology securely🔒. More specifically, you will be required to:⤵️

    • Support members and clients by telling them about technological tools and applications that can help them do transactions and operations on their own.
    • Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities.
    • Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, and ensure that they are referred to the appropriate partners.

    ⭐️Salary range : $43 165 - $57 757 per year
    ⭐️4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year

    What you bring to the table

    You must have advanced knowledge of English and French to hold a position at Desjardins Ontario Credit Union.
