Desjardins is looking for a motivated and strategic Regional Sales Director, Investment Solutions to drive the growth of our investment product offerings within the province of Alberta.  Based in Calgary or the immediate area, the ideal candidate brings a strong network of relationships within the IIROC and MFDA advisor communities and a deep understanding of the investment landscape. If you excel in a relationship-focused sales environment and are passionate about helping advisors succeed with innovative investment solutions, we encourage you to apply and play a key role in advancing Desjardins’ presence in the market. More specifically, you will be required to: 

• Promote and position Desjardins investment solutions including Mutual Funds, Principal Protected Notes (PPNs), and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) to meet the evolving needs of independent financial advisors across all intermediary networks. 
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both existing and prospective advisors, with a focus on those operating within the IIROC and MFDA channels. 
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and activity targets by executing a strategic and disciplined sales approach. 
• Plan, schedule, and conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with advisors to present product offerings, provide updates, and uncover new business opportunities. 
• Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to identify top producers, monitor advisor engagement, and deliver personalized support and follow-up. 
• Act as a subject matter expert on Desjardins investment products, offering insights, guidance, and technical expertise to help advisors grow their business. 
• Design and deliver impactful group presentations, training sessions, and monthly advisor events to enhance advisor knowledge, engagement, and promotion of Desjardins Investment Solutions. 
• Manage the regional sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support business development and advisor success.
