• 💡 Provide an exceptional customer experience while answering member and client questions about their credit card accounts, bank accounts, online services and other financial needs.
• 💡 Take a proactive advisory role and provide personalized support by identifying the needs of members and clients and suggesting tailored solutions.
• 💡 Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention.
• 🛠 Effectively manage and solve member and client problems using a solution-oriented approach.
• 📲 Help members and clients become financially empowered by guiding them to use the digital tools available.
• 📈 Proactively update your knowledge by strategically monitoring your area of expertise.

What you bring to the table

• College diploma in a related field
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer service
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
• Knowledge of French is required
• For certain positions, advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
• Available to work Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• This position is currently remote. However, you may be required to come into the office a few times each quarter. Consequently, you’ll need to be able to come into one of our call centres located at the following addresses:
