    The Control Performance Department ensures an integrated vision of the personal services control environment for the Personal Services and Community Life Executive Division. It also coordinates optimizations needed with the teams involved in order to improve the control environment’s efficiency and relevance. As a senior control performance advisor, you play a key reference and advisory role with line 1A. You track and analyze control results to draw conclusions, identify opportunities for improvement and help shape the control environment. You help simplify and optimize controls by product line, by identifying efficiency drivers (automation, data, AI) to reduce residual risk and improve the employee, member and client experience. More specifically, you will be required to:

    • Control performance oversight

      • Monitor and analyze process control results to draw conclusions and identify opportunities for improvement. 
      • Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of the control environment to track, measure and ensure continuous optimization.
      • Prepare and lead feedback loops and reporting with parties involved.
      • Advise and influence the business sectors.
      • Serve as an expert advisor to line 1A, both after audits and before the rollout of new controls.
      • Contribute to dialogue with product line leaders about the performance of their controls in order to prioritize areas for improvement and influence the development of the control environment.
      • Identify control optimizations by product line using end-to-end analyses and efficiency drivers (automation, AI). 
    • Tools, data and compliance

      • Contribute to developing control performance practices by aligning them with internal, legal and regulatory requirements and by monitoring trends in automation, AI and performance measurement. 
      • Support teams in their use of tools, and promote data quality best practices.

    What you bring to the table

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (administration, finance, accounting, risk management, information systems or equivalent)
    • A minimum of six years of relevant experience, including significant experience in control environments, risk management, compliance or process improvement
    • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
    • Proven experience analyzing control results, structuring diagnostics and making actionable recommendations

    • Knowledge of French is required
