Application Delivery Manager, ServiceNow Rapid Development
Job Offer
The mission of the Rapid Development Centre and Ticketing Services Department is to offer a rapid development alternative for innovative cloud solutions, enabling the delivery of support and contingency applications for all Desjardins business sectors. In an environment of organizational transformation and rapid delivery, management relies on project squads mobilized to deliver initiatives concurrently, in close collaboration with external suppliers. As an application delivery manager, ServiceNow rapid development, you’ll be part of the Rapid Application Development Centre and play a key role in managing multiple projects. You’re responsible for providing end-to-end leadership for projects under your responsibility: planning, coordinating project squads, monitoring execution and reporting. You work with a high level of autonomy, anticipate issues and actively contribute to management decision-making. You’re also the go-to person for squads, stakeholders and suppliers for all delivery questions. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Help plan deliverables for the application and technology component of project-specific plans. Coordinate cost estimates by taking into account issues, complexity, practitioners and tie-ins with other projects.
- Coordinate contributors involved in application and tech delivery. Ensure team performance and quality control and identify project-specific standards, methods and procedures.
- Coordinate all deliverables for the application and technology component to ensure that business objectives and priorities are met and that agreements, budgets and timelines are respected.
- Help analyze risks and impacts for projects and develop strategies to address them to manage application and technological risk levels.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate quantitative discipline
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of French is required
