As a Real Estate Advisor, you help prospect for, solicit and build lasting business relationships with members and clients. You help sell products and services and provide services that meet clients’ needs in accordance with current strategies and practices. This includes services related to the sale, purchase and renovation of residential buildings. You help develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients in your sector. You drive results by handling unusual or special requests from clients and promoting and selling specialized products and services that meet their needs. You ensure client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. You help analyze clients’ needs, develop and implement personalized solutions, and propose integrated service offers. You assist current and potential clients, represent the organization and provide upstream support for selling their properties. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs, including by choosing the right package for selling a property, and supporting client retention
• Advise members and clients on specialized products and services, which includes handling requests, taking photos, analyzing issues, researching solutions and making recommendations
• Make overall observations, identify gaps and opportunities and make appropriate recommendations
• Assist members and clients, be attentive to their needs and propose personalized solutions
• Help identify operational risks and opportunities for continuous improvement in your unit’s operations
• Stay on top of the latest standards, products, tools and services in your field

What you bring to the table

• General college diploma in a related field
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
• Knowledge of French is required
• Demonstrated proficiency and ease in working with technology
• Knowledge of real estate or a related housing field
• Available to travel within the Capitale‑Nationale and Chaudière‑Appalaches regions
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Available to work five days per week, including one weekend out of three
