Advisor, Real Estate Data Valorization
Job Offer
The Business Intelligence and Data Life Cycle team is responsible for covering all data-related needs for EspaceProprio, which includes brands like DuProprio and RenoAssistance. This responsibility covers ETL/ELT aspects (creation of data flows, data warehouses), stewardship, visualization, creation of data science models, as well as oversight and documentation regarding the use of personal information. More specifically, as a Real Estate Data Valorization Advisor, you will be required to:
- Analyze and identify user needs, work on data valorization initiatives, and ensure operationalization through cross-sector coordination.
- Help clients define their needs, make recommendations and provide advice for selecting, implementing and using data visualization tools.
- Conduct research and descriptive and diagnostic analyses to ensure optimal data use.
- Build and develop complex reports using database management systems.
- Make recommendations to support real estate business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve methods and processes and recommend improvements to data management tools.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience with Power BI
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Mastery of SQL, Dax and Power Query
- Knowledge of cloud-based analytics such as Snowflake is an asset
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is an asset
