    The Business Financing Department is in charge of financing solutions for business members and clients. It’s actively involved in modernizing the Business Services sector through the business financing modernization project. You work in multidisciplinary squads that help teams maximize their potential by fostering effective collaboration and ensuring adherence to Agile practices. As application delivery manager for business financing modernization, you help direct material, time, IT and human resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget. You analyze project feasibility and opportunities, develop action plans, define milestones and coordinate project teams. You supervise and coordinate contributors involved in delivering the application and technology component of innovative, large-scale projects. You ensure timelines and budgets are respected. You ensure the availability of the IT platforms needed to deliver projects and operate solutions after delivery. You plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet objectives. You ensure the quality of deliverables, performance and engagement of contributors. You’re responsible for strategic projects that have a high degree of operational and conceptual complexity. You use your analytical skills and comprehensive, detailed understanding of your line of business and the organization. Coordination is critical. You interact with many stakeholders working in a wide range of fields. You lead and serve as a specialist for teams and decision-making bodies. More specifically, you will be required to:

    • Plan deliverables for the application and technology component. Estimate project costs, taking into account issues, complexity, practitioners and tie-ins with other projects.
    • Supervise and coordinate contributors involved in application and tech delivery. Ensure team performance and quality control and identify project-specific standards, methods and procedures.
    • Coordinate deliverables for the application and technology component. Ensure agreements, budgets and timelines are respected. Ensure performance and alignment with priorities.
    • Analyze risks and impacts for projects and develop strategies to address them to manage application and technological risk levels.
    • Work with the project manager to manage change requests, solution testing and implementation strategies for the application and technology component. Ensure the availability of the application layer of infrastructure platforms.

    What you bring to the table

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
    • At least eight years of relevant experience in project management
    • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
    • Experience with feasibility phases
    • Knowledge of French is required
    • Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
    • Knowledge of JIRA
