    We’re looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Security Division. You’ll join a team of data analysts, technicians and developers responsible for producing and enhancing reports for internal users, as well as clients and partners in group insurance and group retirement savings. As the quality assurance point person, you’ll help define the quality strategy for business solutions and drive continuous process improvement. You’ll work closely with analysts and developers to ensure the quality of deliverables. More specifically, you will be required to:

    • Help define, implement and continuously improve the team’s quality standards and practices.
    • Carry out assigned quality controls with diligence and precision.
    • Document report production procedures and map out our processes
    • Analyze the defect log, identify recurring root causes and recommend optimizations to improve performance and operational stability
    • Develop quality controls (for example, validation scripts)
    • Contribute to writing and executing test cases for new report development and technical enhancements

    What you bring to the table

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
    • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in quality assurance
    • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
    • Experience with Jira and Xray
    • Knowledge of French is required
    • Knowledge of SQL, VBA and SAS
