As a fast-growing organization, we offer exciting opportunities for career advancement and innovation. As a Senior Communications Advisor, Collabria Financial , you will play a key role in promoting Collabria Financial’s projects, policies, and programs. You will design, develop, and translate communications for internal audiences, partners, and cardholders—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with our brand. This role requires strong project management and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will leverage your B2B communication experience, your understanding of organizational change management, and your ability to write in clear, compelling language to support a wide range of initiatives. You will also help strengthen Collabria’s brand presence through digital and social media, serving as social media community manager and ensuring consistent, high‑quality interactions across platforms. Your ability to take direction, respond well to feedback, and apply sound judgment will be essential as you support both strategic and day‑to‑day communications needs. More specifically, you will be required to:

    • Diagnose issues, challenges, and needs related to the translation of strategic documents that significantly impact Collabria’s brand and image. This requires strong analytical skills, impeccable writing abilities, and the capacity to create content in both English and, ideally, French. 
    • Develop and help implement objectives, solutions, and action plans, applying your solid organizational abilities and flexibility in managing parallel deliverables
    • Analyze data, conduct studies, prepare reports, and make recommendations informed by your B2B communication experience and your understanding of change management communication techniques
    • Create compelling, audience‑appropriate content across a variety of mediums, using simple, effective language and ensuring consistency across channels
    • Manage digital and social media communications, acting as social media community manager and ensuring alignment with brand standards
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, applying excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism while providing guidance on translation and language services
    • Utilize Content Management Systems (CMS) and, where needed, Marketing Cloud Email Studio to support communication and engagement initiatives
    • Respond well to direction and constructive feedback, adjusting approaches to meet organizational needs and partner expectations

    What you bring to the table

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • A minimum of five years of relevant experience
    • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
    • Experience communicating in a B2B environment, including developing partner engagement strategies
    • Experience managing multiple parallel deliverables and collaboration with cross functional teams
    • Experience with Marketing Cloud Email Studio
    • Project management experience and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively 
    • Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
    • Expert proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
    • Advanced intermediate knowledge of organizational change management communication techniques
    • Intermediate knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS)
