Collabria Financial Inc. is a leading Canadian credit card issuer. We specialize in white-label credit card programs tailored for Canadian credit unions, helping them serve both consumer and commercial members more effectively. Our client-centric approach emphasizes convenience, security, and value—empowering credit unions to deepen relationships with their members and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving financial landscape. What sets Collabria apart is our foundation in partnership, collaboration, and responsiveness. We offer credit unions the ability to personalize product offerings under their own brand, enhancing the overall member experience. As a fast-growing organization, we offer exciting opportunities for career advancement and innovation. As a Senior Business Strategy Advisor, you identify opportunities to improve service delivery; and design and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with the business architecture of various initiatives, including the organizational transformation and shift. You influence development projects and complex, highly innovative strategic initiatives involving multiple business units and cross-functional areas. You help develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your field. You make recommendations on the planning and execution of client experience and conceptually complex projects and initiatives that require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization, credit cards and the Canadian Credit Union landscape. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in a wide range of other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. You serve as expert advisor and subject matter expert. More specifically, you will:

    • Work alongside the Client Experience team and cross-functional teams to help position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects and initiatives.

    • Support the governance of our various credit card programs and client contracts.
    • Partner with our PMO and other cross-functional areas to ensure client experience considerations are imbedded in relevant projects, maintaining visibility and readiness without owning project plans.
    • Lead or support development of strategy and execution of system presentations.
    • Support trade show strategy - sponsorship coordination, attendee planning, material preparation.
    • Contribute to key client communications (CEO updates, year in review).
    • Independently manage tasks related to program updates, reporting amendments, stakeholder inquiries, cross-functional requests.
    • Track priorities, ensure follow-through, provide visibility to the CCXO on issues, risks, or opportunities across the client experience portfolio.
