Advisor, Expert Support, Collective Retirement Savings
Job Offer
As an Expert Support, Collective Retirement Savings Advisor, you contribute to administrative activities that support the organization’s business units and are related to the administration of various specialized products and member and client accounts. You play an advisory and support role with a dedicated client base and partners as part of a variety of significant intervention and development mandates within your field of expertise. You propose improvement or optimization solutions to standards, policies, and programs. The nature of the files and projects requires extensive knowledge of your field of activity. You develop recommendations, solutions, and action plans aligned with organizational directions and objectives. You contribute to the resolution of complex issues requiring in-depth analysis and detailed business knowledge. Coordination with multiple stakeholders is frequent, and you will interact with various parties working in complementary areas of expertise. Strong interpersonal skills are therefore essential. In collaboration with the Advisor responsible for setting up plans, you will be responsible for aligning technical aspects of group onboarding. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Coordinate asset transfers
- Coordinate fund lineup change projects
- Exchange data with the client/payroll service provider
- Load demographic and financial data
- Establish interfaces with the client’s payroll system
- Set up SFTP connections
- Participate in special projects

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in the collective retirement savings field
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
