💚About Desjardins – Life and Health Insurance
The Life and Health Insurance Zone is a place where you’ll find all of the Desjardins products and services that set out to protect the financial security of groups and individuals when it matters most. That includes individual insurance (life, health, disability), group benefits and retirement savings, as well as independent distribution (including partner networks and entities like IDC and Worldsource). Led by Chantal Gagné, Executive Vice-President, Life and Health Insurance, and President and Chief Operating Officer of Desjardins Financial Security, the LHI Zone supports more than 5 million members, clients and partners across the country, drawing on the expertise of more than 4,500 employees.
Our ambition is clear: To be the Canadian leader when it comes to the member/client experience. To reach this goal, we’re making a conscious effort to apply our actuarial rigour, data analysis and digital technology skills, along with a highly compassionate, people-focused approach to product development, claims, preventive healthcare and the modernization of our customer journeys. In this environment, our Parcours de développement MBA employees will have a chance to make swift contributions to high-impact initiatives across multiple sectors.
